I hired Mike and Godian to fix chips in my quartz countertops and it was the best decision I could have made. Mike answered my call and was very quick to respond via text as well. He was extremely respectful, honest (actually told me not to waste $ adding on services I didn’t need which I really appreciated), quoted me the most reasonable price to do the job (far below other quotes I received for the same job) and completed the repair with great care and attention to detail. He even went above and beyond to take care of an additional caulking job at no extra cost. Amazing services, prompt and reliable. I recently had a bathroom Reno done by a contractor and they choose to install a product I was unaware of what material it was- I did a routine clean of the bathroom a week after install and used a product suggested to clean the surface and it ruined it by leaving horrible marks on it. I contacted Marble Guys - Mike -after searching online to try and find someone to help me fix it- he was quick to respond answering all my silly questions and he promptly came to fix it within a business day of just inquiring if It was possible to fix it. This is my first review. I don't like social media nor do I like to post anything publicy however, this Mike guy deserves the praise. He taped off our transition piece, covered all exterior walls, shower glass and cabinetry as he literally brought our Marble Floor back to new. Unlike other trades, after he cleaned up and removed his drop cloths, he removed his shoes before coming back inside our home and sealed the Marble Floor and Counters. He kept his mask on the entire time, took one break for a cup of coffee. This Mike is efficient, professional and in my opinion, a gentlemen surviving in the small business world. I hired Mike’s team to come to our home to fix the broken marble countertop in our washroom and clean and polish the marble floor. They did a very good job. They saved my countertop that I thought I was going to have to replace, and my home looked like it was brand new. A few days later, Mike called me to ask “how is the restoration”? With my fresh and picky eyes, I saw that there was a tiny piece of grout missing (it was really minor), but Mike said no problem, they will come and fix it. They came back again and fixed it for me very quickly. I am so grateful and appreciative. Mike’s team really made sure the customer is 100% satisfied! I would recommend them to everyone! ~ jane b

I dealt with Mike from Marble Guys. He is very professional and he did a great job. My marble dining table got a mark that won’t go away. I see it everyday and is bugging me. I called Mike and he buffed it like new. I don’t see any mark from any angle anymore. He prepped the area by putting plastic covers on the wall and covering on the floor to make sure the rest of the dining room is protected. He also helped me fixed my dining counter top. I would use him again and would refer him 100%. Very happy client. I used Mike again since my Carrera marble table got damaged again by lemon juice. He and his associate both did a great job. I thought I needed to buy a brand new table since it looked impossible to fix. They were able to restore it. I am very happy. I can’t say enough good things about Marble Guys. They are honest, affordable, and do stellar work! I needed two bathroom marble countertops brought back to their former glory. One, in particular, was disgustingly dull -- now they are both gleaming brilliantly. Michael himself is very likable and pleasant to deal with. He went the extra mile in making a follow-up call to see if I was happy with the job. I'm in a new house with a marble mosaic tile in the main bathroom. From the day we moved in the tiles were cloudy and spotty and we figured that someone (possibly us) used the wrong cleaner on the tile. The contractor that installed the floors did some research and found Mike through some business acquaintances. Mike and Godian showed up THE SAME DAY and quoted me a faction of what some other companies are charging. They were here for a few hours and made the floors look like they they did in the showroom! I was in a critical situation with the sale of my condo on the line. I called virtually every Marble specialist in the GTA to address damaged Italian Marble, none of which could get the job done. Then, I get a call back from Michael, who saw that I called on his caller ID. I explained the situation and the criticality of it. He listened patiently while offering valuable feedback and a free onsite assessment and quotation. We met on site the next day, and he began the painstaking work right away. Michael completed the job in record time. The next day, when I came to inspect, I noticed a small (what I perceived to be) imperfection. I called Michael, who dropped what he was doing in his leisure time to come and address the situation, which he did within the hour. Marble Guys, and specifically Michael, was diligent, detail- oriented, professional, very fairly priced, and an all-round pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!!! 5 STARS!!! ~ Steve S

I have a foyer with dark brown marble, and there were salt stains on the marble. I also have a quartz composite (sage green coloured) kitchen counter that had a chip on its edge (showing white where the chip was). The Marble Guys came to fix these two problems, and did a beautiful job. My marble floor looks better than ever, and you cannot even tell where the chip was on my kitchen counter. It is evident that the Marble Guys care about their work and want to do the best job possible. They were also professional, came on time, and were very tidy in their work. ~ Diane K

We had a little mishap with our cleaning service who spilled a little vinegar based cleaner on the counter top and it created a very large deep etched mark on our carrara marble bathroom countertop. They offered to cover the expense and I call the Marble guys while they were still here and Mike answered! He was doing a job around the corner and came within 30 min and polished out the mark quickly restoring our countertop to its former glory! Godian and Michael are miracle workers! We are thrilled with the results, our bathroom floors and counters as well as our entrance foyer look brand new. We thought the only option we had was a major renovation to replace the scratched and marked tiling throughout our condo. I had a foyer in a townhouse that had marble that was dull and worn looking and I could not make it look clean. Mike and his co-worker came and were excellent! These guys did an amazing job. Repaired my countertops and restored it to look like it was a new installation. People I showed before and after pictures to were amazed. Their workmanship was second to none. I asked for my whole backsplash to be done but was told there wouldn’t be much difference. They could have easily done it and charged me more. Godian and Mike did an excellent job in refinishing and polishing our marble counters. Very polite and professional. Prepared and protected surrounding area and cleaned up beautifully. I noticed some small areas of polish residue on one counter after they left, and they happily returned the next day to correct the issue. We were caught in a situation where our quartz fabricator made errors on fabrication and installation which subsequently lead to issues for my plumbing installation. Mike came to the rescue with a solution which allowed my plumber to put together a creative fix and subsequently install our plumbing fixtures. We could not have done it without him. The marble countertop of our antique buffet was shattered into several pieces during a disastrous cross-Atlantic move. We were sure it was beyond repair. But then I called the Marble Guys. They came over, took it to their shop, and brought it back in one piece. You cannot see, with your naked eye, where the marble was shattered. Their work was nothing short of miraculous. If your stone floor is dull or scratched, Marble Guys are there to help. Great communication with them made it easy to arrange the work. I had a small job for them to do but they were very flexible and fit me in between other jobs. Mike and Gideon completed the job with great care. They ensured that the hardwood floors that butted up against the cultured marble entry were protected. They worked carefully until the floor looked perfect. I dealt with Michael at Marble Guys. He was extremely knowledgeable about granite & marble maintenance. He sealed our granite countertops and marble furniture. He also polished our marble floors and re-did the grouting. Our floors look brand new again for a fraction of the cost. He was punctual, professional and did a clean job. Mac and Godian, from Marble Guys, did a wonderful job on my floors, bringing it back To its original lustre. They were on time (arrival & departure), professional (protected exposed hardwood areas), conscientious (cleaned up after they were done and even got that strawberry stain out). When I tell you that Mike and his team are MIRACLE WORKERS, I can't understate that. They fixed my vintage marble table that was in actual PIECES -- it was a disaster. Look at the photos for yourself. I called Mike absolutely frantic on a Saturday night and he assured me it could be fixed, and he fixed it the following Friday in 3 hours. Best money I've ever spent.
